We made it!

There are now officially 100 Revs apologising to the Gay community for the lack of welcome that Gay people have experienced from Christian Churches and praying and working for churches which are truly places of prayer for all people.

Congratulations to Rev Mark Dunn who is number 100 to sign up!

Each week the order of service at Mark's church includes:

ST JOHN’S IS A SAFE PLACE FOR ALL PEOPLE TO WORSHIP

REGARDLESS OF

AGE, RACE, CREED, GENDER, CULTURAL BACKGROUND OR SEXUAL ORIENTATION

Thank you to everyone who has supported 100Revs in whatever way you have been able to. This is a beginning rather than an end. Please continue to encourage others to sign up and to use 100Revs as a forum to support one another and discuss relevant issues.

Grace and Peace

Colin

Well doen Mark for being the 100th REV!

Perhaps 1000 Revs is next?

Maybe there is an under-swell of Revs and glergy that really want see change at the coal face of their ministry as well as in their respective theological positions.

Whatever happens may the good work you started keep growing.
